Vanilla Easter Eggs recipeVanilla Easter Eggs ingredients list:1 lb of semi-sweet chocolate.
1 can of sweetened condensed milk.
10 cups of icing sugar.
1 cup of butter.
5 teaspoons of vanilla.
2 ½ teaspoons of salt.
1 teaspoon of yellow food coloring.
Instructions for Vanilla Easter Eggs:Beat the butter, salt and vanilla until the mixture is fluffy.
Add the milk; then beat in sugar.
Blend until stiff; then dust with brown sugar. Knead until smooth.
Set aside about three-quarters of the mixture.
Add the yellow coloring to the remaining quarter and blend throughly.
Divide the yellow and white into about 20 pieces.
Shape the yellow pieces into ball shapes; then mold the white around the yellow to form an egg.
Allow to dry on paper towels for approximately 24 hours.
Melt the chocolate in a microwave until it is smooth.
Dip the eggs in the melted chocolate.
