Easter Bunny Cake recipe

Easter Bunny Cake ingredients list:

1 package carrot cake mix (or make your own).
1 cup of water.
1 cup of shredded coconut.
1/2 cup of vegetable oil.
3 eggs.
Green food coloring.
1 tub of fluffy white ready-to-spread icing.
Construction paper.
Jelly beans.

Instructions for Easter Bunny Cake:

Preheat your oven to 350ºF (175ºC). Grease the bottoms of two 8-inch round tins. Beat cake mix, water, eggs and oil in a large bowl. Pour mixture into the tins.

Bake for 25-30 mins. Cool for 10 mins and then remove from pans. Leave to cool completely for about 1 hour. Cut 1 layer in half as shown in diagram. Put halves together with frosting to form body fo the bunny. Place cake upright on cut edge on tray.

Cut out a notch about one-third of the way up one end of body to form head. Attach half of remaining piece of cake from tail with toothpicks. Frost remaining frosting, rounding body on sides. Sprinkle with 1 cup coconut to create fur. Cut ears from construction paper; press into top of the bunny. Use jelly beans for facial features

Shake 1 cup coconut and 3 drops of food color in tightly covered jar until evenly tinted. Surround bunny with tinted coconut to create grass.
